Before buying, check the public-data context
The full checklist is Korean-first for now, but the basic idea is simple: do not look at one exciting number alone. Check source, date, price basis, 13F direction, and insider activity together.
Fastest English path
Search a ticker first. The English ticker page already combines public comments, SEC 13F filings, and insider trades in one place.
One strong public comment is not enough by itself.
13F filings can be useful, but they are delayed public reports.
Insider data is easier to read when several insiders move around the same period.
