We do not want to simply halt the dispute only to face it again a few months later." 🔺The Qatari official continued, "Our priority is reopening the Strait of Hormuz and reducing economic pressures on the people of the region, including Iran. We are working to prevent the escalation of tensions and attacks against Iran. We need regional and collective action to initiate a comprehensive dialogue that brings all parties to the negotiation table. Addressing the root causes of this crisis requires a reconsideration of the events in Gaza and resolving the Palestinian issue.
