A quarter of the world's oil has been cut off. 🔹According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, attacks by Yemen's armed forces on ships related to this country in the Red Sea and the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait have posed a serious strategic dilemma for Riyadh, and the alternative route created to circumvent the Strait of Hormuz is also facing threats. 🔹The Wall Street Journal states that simultaneous disruptions in the two strategic waterways, the Strait of Hormuz (20%) and Bab-el-Mandeb (5%), have disrupted about a quarter (25%) of the world's crude oil supply.
