🔺 North Korea's nuclear warning to the US and South Korea 🔹 In response to actions by the US and South Korea, North Korea has warned about the potential use of nuclear weapons in accordance with its legal provisions concerning nuclear force policy. 🔹 According to the law enacted in 2022, North Korea reserves the right to use nuclear weapons if there is an attack on its leadership and nuclear command and control system, or if there is a threat of the use of nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass destruction against it. 🔹 The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported, citing a spokesperson for the country's defense ministry, that such threats from enemies, including attacks and the use of weapons of mass destruction, could be considered the most serious security challenge for us, making the implementation of the related provisions in the country's nuclear force policy law necessary. 🔹 This North Korean defense official urged the US and South Korea to consider the consequences of referencing the related clauses and to take this matter as a serious warning.
