The New York Times: American officials have provided details of the attacks by Iran over the past 5 days that the Pentagon has not publicly discussed yet: ▪️ First attack: Struck a residential complex at King Faisal Air Base, resulting in injuries to at least 5 American soldiers. ▪️ Second attack: Targeted a base in eastern Jordan, which was the site of American Black Hawk helicopter operations, causing severe damage to a number of them. ▪️ Third attack (48 hours ago): Iranian missiles targeted the Suwaqa air base; the same base where American forces were also killed on Friday. In that initial attack, about 20 American troops who were running towards shelters were injured, but no one was killed. ▪️ Fourth attack (on Friday): In a renewed attack by the Iranians on this base, 2 American soldiers were killed and 4 other servicemen were injured.
