Daily Ettela'at: The people of Iran have a high "resilience" and have shown it in the recent war; however, this should not be an excuse for imposing more pressure. The report states: 🔹️ Fundamentally, how can one expect the people to endure merely by relying on individual capabilities and resilience when they have endured two imposed wars in just the past year and live with the traumas resulting from war, in addition to major issues like livelihood problems over the last decade? 🔹️ You can speak of social resilience at a general level only when concepts such as social capital, public trust, independent media, local networks, and civil institutions are in a decent state; otherwise, hiding behind the word resilience while some officials do not even have a proper understanding of its concept demands a great deal of resilience itself. 🔹️ Fortunately, our people's resilience against problems is high, and their recent developments and massive presence in the defense of the country have shown this to the world. Iranians are patriots and, in defending their country, they not only do not surrender to problems but also sacrifice their existence; however, this should not be an excuse to justify certain shortcomings and negligence of officials.
