Maritime traffic is moving in two critical points in opposite directions. 🔹 Traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has decreased from 4 August to 8 vessels, with most of the ships leaving the Persian Gulf and their routes focused around a unilateral plan by Iran. 🔹 Traffic through Bab el-Mandeb has increased to 34 vessels, but four illegal movements, the activities of sanctioned vessels, and the movements of shadow fleets highlight ongoing concerns about the transparency of routes and compliance with regulations.
