🎥 Daghan: The revenues of the Strait of Hormuz must have a legal basis We should not create unfounded expectations Gholamreza Daghan, member of the Energy Commission, in an interview with ISNA: 🔹The Strait of Hormuz is an international waterway and its legal regime is determined by international conventions. 🔹Given that this international waterway is located within our territorial domain, it is possible to forecast benefits for the country by adhering to the rules and principles governing the conventions; however, these benefits must have a legal basis. 🔹We should not create expectations in society that lack legal foundation; discussing issues without following the legal path misleads public opinion.
