By the decree of the Court of Audit; the request for retrial by Ali Asgari and Shariatmadari was rejected ▪️ The ruling on permanent separation is final and enforceable 🔹 The Court of Audit of the country, by rejecting the request for retrial, declared the condemnation of AbdolAli Ali Asgari and Mohammad Shariatmadari, the former and current CEOs of the Persian Gulf Holding, regarding "one year of temporary suspension from public services" as final and enforceable. 🔹 The appellate branch of the Court of Audit issued a final ruling dated 19 Mordad 1405, concluding the retrial case of the former and current CEOs of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company. 🔹 This case, registered under number 497-1403 at the Court of Audit, was related to the objection of "AbdolAli Ali Asgari" and "Mohammad Shariatmadari" regarding the earlier ruling of the second advisory board. 🔸 In the initial ruling, these 2 managers were condemned to a one-year temporary suspension from public services due to administrative violations.
