In our view, the independence, territorial integrity, and sovereignty of your government are fully respected. 🔹What is an American base in countries? A place where, without your border control, Americans and anyone they wish can sometimes transport prisoners from other countries in and out; the American army's military police maintain order there, not your army's military police; an American judge issues rulings on crimes that occur there, not your judge; American law prevails there, not your law; not even your military personnel, not even your Minister of Defense has the right to enter there without the military police's permission. 🔹So it is the Americans who have violated your territorial integrity and sovereignty, not us. We are attacking lands occupied by the American army. An army that knows nothing but crime. 🔹Yesterday, the grieving people of Minab buried the remaining pieces of the bodies of their student children, which were discovered in the search under the rubble, and joined their bodies in graves. They were 168 students who were martyred on the first day of this war in the attack by the child-killing American army, and these crimes continue, part of which is carried out using American bases on Kuwaiti soil, and it is our legal, religious, and logical right to target the aggressor against our country and the killer of our children from wherever it attacks. 🔹We thank you for your cooperation.
