🔺️🔻A report from Kepler on the latest traffic situation in the Strait of Hormuz and Bab-el-Mandeb 🔹️On Sunday, only 11 ships carrying essential goods passed through the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, marking the lowest recorded number in recent months. 🔹️This decrease comes amid attacks by Yemeni armed forces on targets related to Saudi Arabia, affecting shipping in the Red Sea and the coasts of Yemen since last week. 🔹️Of the ships that passed through Bab-el-Mandeb, seven were oil tankers, three of which entered the Red Sea. 🔹️In contrast, four ships left the Red Sea, including the giant oil tanker "New Explorer" flying the Hong Kong flag.
