Representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council: 🔹 First, I would like to express my humble gratitude for the trust and attention of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, and also for the kind consideration of the honorable President. 🔹 It is necessary to emphasize once again that the Islamic Republic of Iran will not retreat in the face of any threats to the rights and interests of its people, and decisions in this area must be made stronger than ever with a precise understanding of the situation, wisdom, and courage. 🔹 The goal is not merely to get through a sensitive and critical juncture but rather to ensure that Iran surpasses this stage more safely, cohesively, powerfully, and with greater capacities for advancement and prosperity. 🔹 It is evident that the sacred Islamic Republic does not consider national security separately from the tranquility, welfare, and livelihood of the people, economic stability, social cohesion, defense capability, diplomatic power, and social capital of the country; all these components together shape Iran's national power and must serve a single purpose: safeguarding Iran, the Islamic Revolution, its values, and the glorious future of the Iranian nation. 🔹 In the foreign arena, also in accordance with the grand guidelines of the Supreme Leader, the principle will be to strengthen deterrence capabilities, resist the bullying of enemies, respond promptly and decisively to any aggression, maximally ensure national welfare, and the interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the regional and international arenas, utilize diplomatic capacities, engage powerfully, and at the same time, maintain the country's readiness against any threats.
