Mohseni Ejei at the opening ceremony of the BRICS Judicial Systems Summit in Delhi, India: 🔹️Today's world witnesses not only scientific and technological advancements but also an expansion of aggression against the sovereignty of countries, widespread violations of human rights and humanitarian rights, illegal and oppressive unilateral sanctions, and increasing pressures against independent nations from certain dominating powers. 🔹️Our judicial systems and legal institutions must not be indifferent to violations of fundamental human rights, the slaughter of civilians, forced displacement of nations, damages to infrastructure, and the impunity of perpetrators of international crimes. 🔹️The Iranian nation has paid a heavy price for its independence for years. Last year and this year, the Islamic Republic of Iran faced brutal aggression from the United States and the Zionist regime. 🔹️These attacks and this war, which are illegal and against all international laws, were not merely a limited military confrontation; on the first day, our dear and beloved leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran and a large number of oppressed people, including 168 schoolchildren from Minab, were martyred. 🔹️Today this voice may be the voice of Iran, but tomorrow it could be the voice of any of the countries present in this hall, given that in past years, Afghanistan, Iraq, and more recently Venezuela faced criminal and illegal military aggression from the United States, and thousands of civilians in those countries lost their lives. 🔹️The ruthless and child-killing Zionist regime also, through its attack on Gaza and Lebanon, has caused the deaths of over 73,000 innocent and defenseless individuals, including women and children, and forcibly displaced over 2 million people.
