Reza Nasri, international legal scholar: If Rafael Grossi is unwilling to defend the International Atomic Energy Agency and does not take a principled stance against (Trump's) threat of illegal attacks on Iran's declared nuclear facilities, he should seriously reconsider his qualifications for the position of United Nations Secretary-General. He would be as destructive to the United Nations as he has been to the credibility of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
