After the attack on Chabahar, 5 key ports in the region are within reach of retaliation. 🔹The attack on the civilian infrastructure in Chabahar is considered by analysts to be a strategic mistake by the United States; as it provided Tehran with a list of critical commercial ports hosting American interests in the region, and in response, the armed forces of Iran can target a network of key ports: 🔸Port of Jebel Ali (UAE): The largest container hub in West Asia with a capacity of 19 million TEU and the busiest foreign port for the U.S. Navy, hosting over 200 visits by warships annually. 🔸Port of Mina Salman (Bahrain): The main base of the U.S. Fifth Fleet and the command, control, and coordination center with regional allies. 🔸Port of Al-Shuaiba and Camp Arifjan (Kuwait): The forward headquarters of the U.S. Central Army and a ground logistics hub with pre-positioned armored equipment warehouses. 🔸Port of Hamad (Qatar): The maritime gateway to the largest U.S. airbase in West Asia (Al-Udeid) and a logistics support center. 🔸King Fahd Industrial Port in Yanbu (Saudi Arabia): One of the key logistics sites for the transfer of forces and equipment by U.S. Central Command. 🔹Iran's response will not be in slogans but will be measured by the "balance of vulnerabilities"; where superiority lies with the country that better understands the vital arteries of the enemy and possesses a resolute will to dismantle them.
