America seeks to encircle the arms networks fueling the war in Sudan. The United States has revealed a draft resolution submitted to the United Nations Security Council to expand the arms embargo imposed on Darfur since 2005, to include all of Sudanese territory, in a move aimed at drying up the networks of armament, funding, and supplying drones that fuel the war between the army and the Rapid Support Forces.
