The editor-in-chief of Farhikhtegan stated in an interview with Al-Mayadeen: Iran's scenario regarding the Strait of Hormuz has been updated. Mohammad Amin Imamjani: 🔹 If we have been following the news, the Islamic Republic of Iran has clearly announced that it will change its defense strategy to an offensive one. This means we are in the process of rebuilding and updating our military capabilities and strategic positions on various issues. 🔹 For example, I recall saying in this very program that the region is influenced by the Strait of Hormuz, which holds tremendous significance and impacts economic, political, military, and security relations in the region. The importance of the Strait of Hormuz has always been discussed. But now, Iran's scenario regarding this strait has also been updated. 🔹 Do you remember that during the agreement, Iran stated that the following needs to be done to open the Strait of Hormuz: Lifting the blockade, releasing Iran's frozen assets, and stopping the war, especially in Lebanon. 🔹 This equation was raised at that time. But today, Iran's demands have been updated and changed. 🔹 Now, the opening of the Strait of Hormuz will require the following: Release of Iran's frozen assets, withdrawal of U.S. military forces from around Iran, cessation of the war in Gaza, Yemen, Iraq, and Lebanon, and also acceptance of Iran's management over the Strait of Hormuz. 🔹 This is the framework that has been set for the opening of the Strait of Hormuz. Before this war, the Strait of Hormuz was freely open to all countries of the world; however, the Americans and Israelis, with their war and aggressive attacks against Iran, must now face the arrangements and rules set by Iran. Even if they are currently forced to accept Iran's arrangements for managing this strait, there is another issue. 🔹 Some time after the forty-day war, the Americans realized that their military bases were either completely incapacitated or no longer able to be used effectively. For example, if you look at five command centers; these centers have been incapacitated and are no longer useful to them. 🔹 The Americans encountered this situation and challenge and took actions in West Asia and the Gulf region. 🔹 Now, for example, they are raising the issue of imposing a naval blockade against Iranian ports and similar matters. This situation has turned into a war of patience, economic warfare, and the war for rebuilding and updating military capabilities. 🔻 Now look at the positions of the United Arab Emirates. The UAE has announced that it will suspend its economic and financial relations with Iran. After the forty-day war, Iran was assessing and taking actions in this area; as the UAE has granted its skies and lands to the Americans. Therefore, if the naval blockade loses its effect, the Americans will move towards creating psychological warfare against Iranian society and will try to initiate such a war. The news regarding the UAE is, in fact, an attempt to create economic pressure on Iran. 🔹 Our warnings about relations with the UAE and also the warnings from General Abdollahi are framed in the same context. 🔹 We have declared in the region that if our strategy becomes an offensive strategy, we will monitor the countries that cooperate with the U.S. and provide their lands and skies for attacks against Iran. 🔹 Countries hosting U.S. forces will undoubtedly face direct and pre-emptive responses from Iran. 🔹 Possibly other events will occur in the field or other diplomatic actions will be taken which could serve as a decisive response from Iran to such actions.
