The Streets of Gaza Under the Feet of "Zorro" ▪️The Mystery of the Man in the Overcoat Revealed 🔹He was Palestine's "Zorro." He was also known as the “Stylish Man in the Overcoat.” 🔹Hamza always wore a long black overcoat and ran nimbly back and forth in white sports shoes, taking down occupying soldiers. 🔹On that day, when his image was published in one of the streets of Khan Younis, showing him courageously firing a Yasin 105 anti-tank rocket at an Israeli tank, he was wearing the black overcoat and white sports shoes. 🔹It was a strange image; so strange and even captivating that it circulated widely on social media, and activists gave him the titles “Palestinian Zorro,” “Batman,” and “the Man in the Overcoat.” 🔹Batman of Gaza was martyred just 32 days after that image was published, on 11 Esfand 1402. 🔹Martyr Hamza; the Man in the Overcoat of Gaza, was himself the son of a martyr; the son of martyr "Hisham Hasani Amir"; one of the commanders of the Qassam Brigades who was martyred in Mehr 1371. 🔹Zorro, Batman, the Man in the Overcoat, or martyr Ben martyr, is not only the story of martyr Hamza Amir but the story of all the people of Gaza; people who are born in the heart of Gaza and have a deep connection with martyrdom; with the family of martyrs, with the parents of martyrs, with the children of martyrs, and ultimately with a martyr whose beautiful name will be in the beginning of their own. 🔹Gaza is the land of heroes; Batmans who do not die; they become martyrs and live forever; one martyr behind another.
