BREAKING: Yemen’s Houthis announce that they have struck two Saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea, ENCELIA and LAYLA, with multiple ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones, causing massive fires on both, and declare the Bab El-Mandeb fully closed to all Saudi tankers, per Houthi spokesman Yahya Sareea. Nearly 10 additional ships were forced to abandon their routes and return, with the Houthis reaffirming the "blockade in exchange for blockade" equation and continuation of naval operations against Saudi Arabia. The Yemeni Armed Forces warn any attack against Yemen will be met with "extensive operations deep inside Saudi territory," including oil refineries.
