Al-Mayadeen: U.S. Pressure on Iraqi Kurdistan Region to Participate in War against Iran Al-Mayadeen Network reporter in Sulaymaniyah: 🔹️The U.S. has imposed extensive pressure on the leaders of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region to directly engage in the war against the Islamic Republic of Iran. 🔹️Washington has threatened the leaders of the region that if they refuse to participate in this war, the current governance structure and approach in the Iraqi Kurdistan will be reviewed. 🔹️In response, Iran has also issued a direct warning to the leaders of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region about the consequences of participating in the war and supporting secessionist and counter-revolutionary groups.
