In an interview with the program "The Story of War," the Foreign Minister stated: 🔹️ After the enemy completed its military arrangement in the region, they again raised the request for zero enrichment negotiations, claiming that if this was not accepted, they would attack again. After much discussion, it was concluded once more that we should start negotiations, and our main goal was to make it clear later that no one could say, 'If you had negotiated, the war wouldn't have happened.' 🔹️ We in the foreign policy establishment and military forces were certain that war would happen again, which is why we agreed to negotiate. We had announced that the government and armed forces should not sit at the negotiation table with the hope of us.
