Ghalibaf: We will pursue the war crimes against Iran to the end. 🔹Deputy Foreign Minister: According to the leader's emphasis, even if pursuing a case related to America's crimes takes 10 to 15 years, the investigation must not be halted. 🔹So far, hundreds of documents on war crimes have been prepared, and over 1,400 pages of legal reports and documentation have been prepared for submission to international organizations. 🔹More than 120 documents regarding the role of some Gulf countries in the recent aggression have been prepared and submitted to the UN Security Council, in which the time, place, and origin of the attacks have been accurately documented. 🔹We have proposed the establishment of a special court to address the cases of America's war crimes. Handling tens of thousands of cases requires a special judicial mechanism. 🔹Iran is pursuing legal actions regarding America's crimes through three channels: domestic courts, foreign courts based on the principle of universal jurisdiction, and filing lawsuits in international forums. 🔹Based on the Chicago Convention, we have initiated the necessary legal processes to utilize the capacity of the International Court of Justice against America.
