Congratulatory Message Dear brother Admiral Ali Azmaei, Peace be upon you. 🔺I sincerely congratulate you on the trust of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces (may his shadow be exalted) in your deserving appointment as the "Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy," which reflects your commitment, capability, and abundant management, command, and operational skills for taking on this critical role. 🔺As the "Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces," I would like to emphasize the complete and comprehensive readiness of the General Staff to support, synergize, and provide comprehensive backing for the proud and powerful Naval Force of the IRGC, in line with the expectations mentioned in the Supreme Leader’s decree, including enhancing training, skills, and naval equipment, information supremacy, martial readiness, spiritual and perceptual development, attention to livelihood needs, and effective and synergistic interaction with the Navy of the Army, the Basij, and other relevant sectors to realize a naval force that meets the standards of the Islamic Revolution. 🔺I hope that with mutual understanding and strategic coordination, we will take effective steps to consolidate, strengthen, and develop our naval power, ensure lasting security in the strategically important Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz, and safeguard the Revolution and the interests and benefits of Islamic Iran across the seas and territorial waters. 🔺I ask God to grant you success and honor under the auspices of the Lord of the Age (may he hasten his return) and to follow the guidance, decrees, and recommendations of the esteemed Leader and the respected Commander-in-Chief, Abidin Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei (may his shadow be exalted).
