The incident of the enemy's conspiracy to cut fuel supply in the northern half of the country Deputy Minister of Oil: 🔹 On the 16th Esfand, the enemy targeted the pumping stations and oil storage facilities in Tehran and Alborz, aiming to cut off the daily transfer of 90 million liters of products, intending to close the capital’s gas stations and paralyze the distribution network of fuel in the northern region of the country within 72 hours. 🔹 The pumping stations in Rey are the heartbeat of the transfer of products to the northern region, as 80 to 90 percent of the country's gasoline is produced in the south and after being transferred to Rey, it is directed to the provinces of Mashhad, Sari, Gilan, Qazvin, Tabriz, and Urmia. 🔹 Considering that the reserves in the provinces would last only 3 to 4 days, from the next day the gas stations in Tehran and Alborz and all provinces in the northern strip from Khorasan to Azerbaijan would be completely removed from the distribution circuit within 72 hours. 🔹 Our colleagues at the refineries, distribution companies, and pipeline companies managed to restore the pipelines without the pumping stations and, simultaneously, organized thousands of road tankers from neighboring provinces to deliver fuel to Tehran and Alborz.
