🔻 IRGC Navy targets, stops three violating oil tankers 📌 Tehran, IRNA – The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy says three oil tankers violating regulations had been struck and stopped after ignoring its warnings. In its Statement No. 53 issued on Wednesday morning, the IRGC Navy said its forces continue to maintain “full control” over the Strait of Hormuz while showing the resolve of the Iranian nation. The statement said that “hours ago, three violating oil tankers, which ignored our warnings and continued moving along an unsafe and illegal route, were struck and stopped.” The IRGC Navy also warned that “the illegal interference and orders issued by the child-killing US military to vessels in the region will not go unanswered.” The statement praised the Iranian people’s steadfastness over 150 days, saying their resistance had demonstrated “a new level of awareness and determination” by the nation. In the wake of the second war of aggression launched by the United States and Israel on February 28, Iran has taken full control of transit in the Strait of Hormuz, warning that the status of the strategic waterway will never go back to the pre-war era. The Iranian Armed Forces have in turn targeted vessels that defy Iran’s terms for passing through the strait.
