🎙 Army Ground Force chief hails Iran’s strategic weapons capabilities 📌 Mashhad, IRNA – Chief Commander of the Iranian Army Ground Force Brigadier General Ali Jahanshahi says Iran’s Armed Forces are currently more prepared in terms of capabilities, combat readiness, and operational reserves than they were before the US-Israeli war on the country, highlighting their capabilities in strategic weapons, particularly missiles and drones. Jahanshahi made the remarks on Wednesday on the sidelines of the closing ceremony of the 26th Army Quran Competition in Mashhad. “The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran are currently much more prepared in terms of capabilities, combat readiness, and operational reserves than they were before the recent imposed war, and there are good capabilities in the Army and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps in the field of strategic weapons, especially missiles and drones,” he said. He added that Army Ground Force units are deployed along Iran’s borders in the northwest, west, southwest, northeast, east, and southeast, while around 10 brigades are stationed along the Makran coast and the Sea of Oman. Jahanshahi said the deployment and combat readiness had deterred the enemy from carrying out a ground operation. He attributed Iran’s success in the recent war to the faith and reliance on God of Iranian forces, saying these factors helped the country strengthen its capabilities and prevent the enemy from achieving its objectives. 📲
