Tasnim Baghdad|Iraq issues ultimatum to Al-Zaydi to end air sanctions against Iran 🔹The media office of the Iraqi Prime Minister claimed that Baghdad is in direct negotiations with the American side to exempt some Iraqi airports from the obstacles imposed by the US Treasury on Iranian airline flights to the airports of regional countries. 🔹At the same time, "Akram Kabi," Secretary General of the Islamic Resistance Movement Nujaba, stated that the Americans control Iraq like a small village and issued an ultimatum to the Al-Zaydi government, saying that if flights with Iran are not resumed, this movement will strike at Iraqi airports in coordination with the people of Iraq. 🔹This situation has led to a 90% decrease in air traffic at Najaf Airport due to the continued suspension of flights between the two countries, bringing it to a complete shutdown. 🔹Before the Al-Zaydi government cooperated with Trump’s anti-Iran sanctions, this airport had between 19 to 22 flights daily to Iran, with some days having 20 out of 22 flights heading to various cities in Iran.
