📡 US-destroyed Minab school to be fully equipped with smart technology: Iran 📌 Tehran, IRNA – Deputy President for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy Hossein Afshin says Shajareh Tayyebeh School in Minab, Hormozgan Province, will be fully equipped with smart technology. Speaking to reporters on Wednesday on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the newly rebuilt school, Afshin said President Masoud Pezeshkian wanted to attend the ceremony in person but was unable to do so due to a work trip. ​ “I am here on his behalf, carrying his warm greetings and message of sympathy to the noble people of Hormozgan, particularly the people of Minab and the fathers and mothers of the student martyrs,” he said. ​ Afshin added that the president’s heartfelt wish was that the path of progress for no student, as the future-builders of the Islamic Iran, should remain unfinished. ​ Regarding government measures to compensate for damage and rebuild affected schools, he said the reconstruction of Shajareh Tayyebeh School was approved as a special priority by the reconstruction headquarters. ​ The school, he added, will be fully equipped with smart technology and state-of-the-art laboratories, and will soon be handed over to local students. ​ The United States and Israel waged a war of aggression against Iran on February 28, killing 168 school children in an attack on Shajareh Tayyebeh School on the first day of the war. 📲 ​
