For Israel, October 7 amounted to a strategic setback, while for the Palestinians it stands as a significant triumph, since they managed to breach the regime's security walls and barriers and push into the occupied territories. Had they possessed more means and backing, and had the world not abandoned them, even bigger military accomplishments could have been within reach.
