📄 IRGC urges media to preserve Iran’s social cohesion 📌 Arak, IRNA – The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has urged Iranian media outlets to preserve the social solidarity and public cohesion that emerged during the recent conflicts against the country. Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi, the IRGC’s public relations deputy and spokesperson, said on Wednesday that media organizations should accurately and continuously document national unity and strengthen public confidence in Iran’s domestic capabilities. ​ Mohebbi described the recent conflict as multidimensional, involving military, cognitive, technological, economic and geopolitical aspects. He said artificial intelligence, drones, sensors, software systems and commercial data played major roles in intelligence gathering, targeting and operations. ​ He also highlighted the strategic importance of Iran’s geography, particularly the Strait of Hormuz, saying developments there could affect global energy, transportation and supply chains. ​ The IRGC official said journalists play a key role in the media warfare, where public perceptions, confidence and determination are central. He urged media outlets to counter psychological operations and prevent economic pressures and wartime costs from weakening public morale. ​ Mohebbi praised journalists for reflecting public participation and connecting society with national defense efforts, calling on them to continue documenting achievements and strengthening social cohesion. 📲 ​
